Why did I create this template?
As a personal trainer, I create workouts and explain how to keep a good fitness journal almost every day. I thought this template could be useful to some Notion users.
What's inside the template?
A calendar to easily plan and track every training session. 24 pre-built training plans, each with a detailed explanation of how to use it. Exercise database with links to how-to videos.
How to use the template?
Click on any given day on the calendar to create a new workout. Select one of the 24 methods (or a new one) to add a pre-built template that includes sets, reps, rest time, and additional notes. Select the desired exercises, and you are ready to go.
