Why did I create this template?

I have created this template to help others create, organize, track, and monitor their OKRs, enabling their companies to be internally aligned and focused on achieving their goals.\

What's inside the template?

Inside this template, you will find a dashboard where you can track the progress of the company's OKRs and its constituent teams, measuring progress in an automated and intelligent manner. You can also easily add objectives and key results. Lastly, you can monitor objectives that are not progressing well or are poorly constructed.

How to use the template?

With a simple click, you will have the foundation of your quarterly OKRs created. Then, you just need to define and enter the Objectives and create and associate their Key Results. As you update the progress of each Key Result, the progress of the Objective will be automatically calculated. You can even use a weighting system for Key Results, as not all Key Results have the same significance.
