Why did I create this template?

I created this template to help in recording the weekly employee status

What's inside the template?

There are fields to record employee weekly activity status

• Basic information like Employee's name, department they work under and week number.
• Tasks done during the week.
• Tasks assigned to them for the coming week and ongoing tasks.
• Date of submission and name of the supervisor/manager who approved the report.

How to use the template?

It is quite simple just open it and there are fields where the employees can write what they have done

The benefits of the template are that it will help in easiness to a certain person or an organization to keep a check on the employees.
