Why did I create this template?

Organization of small teams of coders.

What's inside the template?

Organizing with the template is easy.

Work view 🖥️

Here, you have different tabs for each step of any task:

• Pending: where you can easily view any task in development or pending for development
• Pending review: tasks with comments or conflicts
• To Test: tasks in the "To release" state, ready for testing, with a validity checkbox for tracking
• Backlog: fast access to tasks without responsibility

Tasks view 💼

This is where you create every task, and then you can assign different properties for categorization and organization, such as Epics, Projects, Effort, Deadlines, etc.

Projects 🗂️

Here, you will see the different projects of your team, for example, the Landing page project or the BackOffice project, etc.

Epics 📊

Another way to categorize big groups of tasks is through Epics, which are also part of a Project. This is a good way to organize huge projects.

Wiki 📚

This is where you can add notes, snippets, documentation of any kind,...

Kanban View 🎟

This is another way of visualizing your tasks.

How to use the template?

Create tasks in the "Tasks" database, add different properties and assign them to someone. Then, from the "Work view", they can access the work they need. By using the "Responsible" filter, they can watch only what they need.

What are the benefits of the template?
