Why did I create this template?
I started journaling 1 year back and have seen huge benefits in my life. I have become happier and more mindful. And I could achieve this by spending just 5 minutes a day!
I wanted more people to benefit from this simple practice, that's why I have created this template.

How to use the template?
Write new journal entry every morning as the first thing after you wake up. Use the template "Morning Gratitude" for this, which you will be able to select after you create a new entry.
Write new journal entry every night as the last thing before you go to sleep. Use the template "Night Reflection" for this, which you will be able to select after you create a new entry.
What are the benefits of the template?
