Why did I create this template?

This template was created to help product managers and developers to improve their development processes, improve their products, and build features users are going to love.

What's inside the template?

🎯 Roadmap is used for planning and for organizing the biggest features and epics that your users will love the most.

✍🏻 Backlog is the one thing no product can live without. It's used to store all the tickets and to sort them by vote count and by ticket type.

🏃‍♂️ Sprint planning is used for organizing tasks so you can achieve your goals faster and will more ease. You will have a separate view of your current sprints and a clear overview of all your sprints, so you get the most out of your sprint planning.

✅ Ticketing system is used for breaking down epics into smaller and more manageable chunks. It's used to keep you updated so you never forget any feedback that your users gave you.

How to use the template?

First, you need to plan out your Roadmap, afterwords you should populate the backlog with the tasks that will help you achieve your product vision, and you will be able to plan out your sprints in order to finish each and every single task in the backlog.
