What it is

The Notion Travel Dashboard by Hugh (NotesbyHugh., a Notion Ambassador) is a trip planner that follows a journey through three stages. Plan the itinerary, mood board and packing list. Travel with a calendar, expenses and documents. Then reflect with journal prompts and photo boards. It ships in two versions, Travel (simple) and Travel+ (advanced).

• An itinerary board by item, city, category, date and cost, which syncs to a calendar and expense view
• Transport bookings: flights, trains and cars
• Travel expenses, including who paid for what
• A travel documents database (passport, visas and similar)

Who it's for

Frequent travellers and group-trip organisers who currently keep plans across email, booking apps, messages and spreadsheets.

What it doesn't do

It does not import bookings from email or booking sites; you add them yourself. Some copy is dated (it has a COVID documents section), but that is easy to repurpose for any travel paperwork.
