People Tracker | Birthdays and Contacting Tracker.

Why did I create this template?

Notion templates tend to focus on work and productivity, but completely neglect the social aspect on life.

So I decided to create this template to help with that a bit.

What's inside the template?

It consists of one database, with two main features:

• Birthday Tracker — Just input the date of birth, and the template will automatically track the next birthday, and current age.
• Reaching Out/Contacting Tracker — Set a frequency, and never forget to talk to someone ever again.

How to use?

First of all I’ll explain how the template works:

It mainly serves for two things:

• Birthdays Tracking.
• Reminders on when to talk to people.

Reaching Out

This part works with by checking the frequency you have selected, and the “Last Time Contacted” property.

Birthdays.

The only needed thing for this feature is to fill the “Date of Birth” property. The template automatically calculates current Age, and next birthday.
