It's very simple to use it, you just have to click on the board what do you want to use and follow what is written

• Dedicate 1h towards a new skill
• Follow a healthy diet
• Track your progress in a journal
• Do your morning routine: 1h No distraction

These seven rules are to be accomplished every day for 50 days straight. It’s a 50-day commitment to improving one aspect of your life. Trying something new for 50 days can help you form healthy habits . Your life will change for the better
