About This Template:

This template was created to help Spanish-speaking people who work in the field of public policy or program evaluation. It contains different sections dedicated to organize the whole evaluation process, from the application, the development of quantitative and qualitative methodologies or the writing of the report. Its use is simple and is guided throughout, allowing the evaluator's task to be organized and enhanced.

What you get inside:

There are different sections for different functions:

• KICKOFF, a section with three objectives: # Develop all the documents (contracts, schedules, budgets, etc)# Save all the documentation related to the program or intervention to be evaluated.# Ask yourself some preliminary questions within the evaluation team.

• PROGRAM ANALYSIS. There you will find both guiding questions to develop this approach, as well as easy-to-use design tools for graphing.
• DIFFUSION includes a structure to write your reports directly and some design tools for short, more visual versions.
