Why did I create this template?

I created this template with the belief that taking the time to reflect on one's life is an important step in personal growth and self-improvement.

This is why I created a template that provides a comprehensive structure for individuals to reflect on various aspects of their lives, including tasks, accomplishments, disappointments, tactics for self-improvement, and plans for the future.

In addition to providing a structure for reflection, the template also includes prompts and questions that help users to dig deeper and gain a better understanding of themselves and their lives. By reflecting on their accomplishments, disappointments, and tactics for self-improvement, users can gain a greater sense of self-awareness and identify areas where they can improve. 

I hope that this template will be helpful for anyone looking to gain a better understanding of themselves and their lives, and make positive changes.

What's inside the template?

The template is divided into regular intervals such as weekly, monthly, and yearly, which allows users to easily track their progress and make meaningful changes.

The weekly section helps users to reflect on the past week, identify what went well, what could be improved, and what they are grateful for.

The monthly section allows users to reflect on the past month and see the bigger picture of their life.

The yearly section is a great way to set goals and plans for the future.

How to use the template?

1. This template consists of an all-in-one dashboard which consists of overviews of weekly reviews, accomplishments, disappointments, monthly reviews and yearly reviews.

2. These overviews come with pre-built templates, making it easy for users to do their reflection.

3. If users want to write their reviews, they just have to add in a new page in that respective review section and pick the appopriate template.
