Why did I create this template?

Notion is a versatile tool that empowers non-profit organizations to streamline their operations, encourage collaboration, and improve overall efficiency. By centralizing information, tracking progress on projects and tasks, and facilitating collaboration, non-profit managers can effectively organize and manage their teams. Embracing Notion as a comprehensive management solution will enable non-profits teams to reduce stress and maintain clarity.  

What's inside the template?

Objectives and Key Results (OKR) is a goal-setting framework used by individuals, teams, and organizations to define measurable goals and track their outcomes. By establishing clear, concise objectives and defining specific, measurable key results, you will empower your non-profit team to reach their potential. The OKR Hub in this template does just that for your non-profit.

The Programs Hub contains a fill-in-the-blank program guide, program FAQ, program calendar, and more. If your non-profit program relies on volunteers, there is a great database to track volunteer contact information and engagement levels.

The Communications Hub features a fill-in-the-blank Communications Plan and Style Guide. In addition, there are connected databases to track campaigns and individual pieces of content.

The Fundraising Hub offers two connected databases for donors and donations. There is a space to build out an official Fundraising Plan and a pre-built Donor Journey Map template.

How to use the template?

I would recommend hosting a team meeting to get everyone on the same page about how this system will establish clarity and centralize information. Work as a team to fill out each page of the Notion Dashboard, then get to work customizing each page to suit your non-profit's unique needs.
