Notion is where teamwork and complex context live: structured databases, team workflows, anything with ROI that several people have to see. Claude Cowork is where thinking, building, and strategy happen. He drafts a launch plan for an "Aentic Business OS" in Cowork (via Whisper Flow), then the work that has to stay shared goes back to Notion.
The architecture is copied on both sides: specialist agents, knowledge bases, and a skills library. Voice profile and core identity pages exist in Notion so Agent already knows how he writes.
