This is the 101 on the agent instructions page, the part of Notion Agent that stopped it guessing how you work. Open the personal agent in the bottom right of any page and hit personalize.

The instructions page holds personality (how it talks to you), a few personal details, the databases you touch every day, and workflows you repeat. Once those are in, you spend fewer prompts on the same setup.
