I Built an AI Operating System with Claude Code AND Notion

Daniel Canosa already had a business system in Notion. Claude Code felt like a second brain that did not know the first one. This video is how he joined them.

Split is simple. Local markdown files are for things only the model needs: strategy docs, AI-only SOPs, company info. Notion is the human layer: CRM, tasks, client data, voice guidelines people actually read.

Claude Code then runs two ways. Background tasks fire without a prompt. Interactive tasks you kick off in the terminal. Because it can read files, write files, call APIs, and run scripts, it behaves like an employee who already has every login, as long as you told it where the business lives.
