What it is

OKRs by Notionxyz is a Notion OKR template for setting quarterly objectives and tracking key results. The listing pitches it at teams tracking OKRs each quarter.

What's inside

• An objectives board grouped by quarter, with a yearly and an all view, and a progress bar on each objective
• A key results database with initial value, current value, target and a calculated progress percentage
• Key results filtered by status (open, complete) and by team (people team and engineering team in the example)
• Each key result links back to its objective, so objective progress rolls up automatically

Who it's for

Small teams and founders adopting OKRs for the first time, who want a working structure instead of designing the databases themselves.

What it doesn't do

It is a focused OKR tracker, not a full company OS. There are no meeting notes, check-in rituals or project management attached. The listing is short and shows a single screenshot, so what you see there is essentially the product.

Price

$49 is high for a single-purpose goals template: goal and OKR templates in our pool mostly cost $6–25 (median $12). You are paying for a well-built roll-up, not breadth.

Our take
