Why did I create this template?
To help people stay motivated and fit. This template is for anyone who wants to create and follow their own workout schedule! You have the power to turn your life around. Use this Notion template to train your body, create your workout regime, stick to it and you will see the difference!
What's inside this template?
This template consists of four databases; one for Resources, one for Exercises, one for the Workout Tracking, and one for Workout Types.
- Plan your workouts.
- Track your exercises.
- Save any resources (Articles, videos, etc).
Keep track of previous workout sessions, Add resources like YouTube videos and links to blogs to help you create the perfect workout regime and keep track of all the exercises you know.
Here you can plan different workout sessions for different days.
How to use?
The first thing you should do after getting the template, is to default the templates in the different databases. (This is not something I can do because it resets when the page is duplicated).
