Why did I create this template?
I created this template to help people to plan and track meals.
What's inside the template?
There are three basic fields:
- A Meal Database.
- A Grocery List.
- The Weekly Menu.
How to use the template?
It's very easy to use:
- In the Meal database, you have to add your meals and their ingredients.
- The Grocery list, will be automatically generated as you add ingredients to the Meal database. Also, when you've already purchased something, you can check it out and it will appear in the Already Purchased view.
- In the Weekly Menu, which is divided into the days of the week, you can choose the meals from the Meal database. You can also label if it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. And if you check Current week checkbox, you can plan the meals for the current and the next week.
- Additionally, Notion's collaboration features allow multiple people to add to or update the meal plan, making it a useful tool for families or households with multiple cooks.

It provides a centralized place to plan and track meals, which can help reduce waste, save time and money, and ensure a balanced diet.
