Why did I create this template?

Wallet is a Notion template that helps you to keep track on your expenses in a really easy an elegant way. All you need to do is to enter your expenses and incomes to monitor how much you spend, what you spend on and how much you have left to spend. Just pick up the phone and enter the transaction directly.

What's inside the template?

💰 Incomes · recording and tracking all sources of income. Whether it's your salary, freelance earnings, or other forms of income, this database allows you to categorize and log each income stream. Capture details such as the source, date, and amount, providing a clear overview of your financial inflows over time.

💰 Expenses · record and manage your expenditures. Categorize your expenses, track transaction dates, and input the corresponding amounts. This database enables you to monitor spending patterns, identify areas for potential savings, and maintain a detailed record of your financial outflows.

🏦 Investment · record details about each investment, including the asset type, purchase date, and initial investment amount. Track the performance of your investments by regularly updating the current value and any associated gains or losses. This database aids in assessing the overall health of your investment portfolio and making informed financial decisions.

📆 Monthly bill · simplifies the management of recurring monthly expenses. Input and organize bills such as rent or mortgage payments, utilities, subscriptions, and any other regular financial commitments. With this database, you can stay on top of due dates, avoid late fees, and gain insights into your fixed monthly obligations.

How to use the template?

Step 1. Press the “Duplicate” button that you can find in the top right side corner of this page

Step 2. Login to Notion and select your desired workspace

Step 3. Go into the selected workspace and you will find a new page *Wallet* in the left-hand sidebar

Step 4. Move the Invoice Template pages out of this page and to your desired location.
