Why did I create this template?

Planning a trip can be complicated, with lots of details to track like transportation, accommodations, activities, budgets, and packing lists. Having an organized system to plan everything out in one place makes the process much smoother. That's why I created this Notion template for trip planning - it allows me to keep all the key information together in one digital notebook.

How to use the template?

• The Menu will take you to a page that shows everything in that specific database. Whatever you edit on this front view will show in that view and vice versa. The Calendar and Map option will take you to that section on this page.
• This Template uses relations, if you don’t know how to use relations I suggest searching some video tutorials so you can get the most out of them. Basically, it allows you to link databases. e.g. if you want to know which logistics are tied to which locations.
• Toggle through all the views in each section. Use filters to add your own customized views.
• To-Do’s- The “This Week” view automatically displays tasks that are due that current week and not marked as done. “Overdue” view will show tasks that are before today and not marked as done.
• Delete this block when you are done reviewing the details and have fun on your next trip!! 😃

What are the benefits of the template?

It will guide users to think through every detail of planning a trip and help them stay on track with completing the "To-do's" needed to plan.
