Why did I create this template?

Do you feel overwhelmed with the amount of items in your evergrowing to-do list? Does it stress you out to even look at it? Do you feel unable to make an informed decision on what to tackle first?

Don't despair, the Eisenhower Matrix and this Notion template can help you with that! This framework will help you improve your time management and productivity by providing you with guidance you on how to prioritise your to-do's.

What's inside the template?

• Eisenhower matrix view of tasks
• Kanban with tasks organised by status
• List view of tasks due today, due within the next 7 days and overdue

How to use the template?

Simply determine if each of your tasks is "Important" or "Not Important" and “Urgent” or “Not Urgent". Based on this information, the matrix will instruct you to either “Do Now,” “Schedule,” “Delegate” or “Eliminate” the task. That's it!
