The budget section is a single table covering the costs a party actually runs up — site rental, decoration, food and drink, catering — so the total moves as you plan rather than at the end. The to-do list takes Notion mentions, so jobs like visiting the venue, checking arrangements or sending invites can be handed to whoever is planning alongside you.

Guest list, themes and vendors

The guest list is a database you can read as a table or a gallery, with name, phone number, email and home address on each entry. A themes page collects dress-code and decor ideas to build the evening around, and the vendor database keeps catering, music and decoration contacts apart by tag.
