Why did I create this template?

After seeing many Product teams running beta's and me being on the receiving end as a Product Marketing Manager, I decided to create my own template to get all my questions answers. Drawing from my Product Management experience I decided to create the template that would help Product and Product Marketing Managers all work from the same sheet. By getting clear on what they want to get out of running a beta.
