Why did I create this template?

Since 2012 I work as a creative freelancer (Film, Graphic and Web Design, Photography, Music, etc.) providing services on a recurring basis to different types of clients, normally in the format of short projects, either performing a specific part of the process or the entire project. It is easy to get lost in emails, whatsapp messages, shared drive folders, pdf attachments, etc; and while it is possible to manage all the information effectively, it is very different to manage the information efficiently. It can take years to find a system that allows you to be productive rather than constantly busy. And let's face it, we all want to do things other than work.
