Basic Pet Care OS is a free Notion template for keeping the details of one pet in a single place — who they are, the photos worth keeping, and what they cost. It is deliberately small: three sections, no setup.

Pet profile

The page opens on a profile card: name, breed, birthday, age and weight, next to a photo. It is the page you screenshot for a sitter or read out to a vet, and it is the only place those numbers need to live.

Photo gallery

A gallery database for the moments — first day home, first vaccine, a day at the beach — each entry captioned and dated, so the timeline builds itself as you add to it rather than scattering across a camera roll.

Pet budget

A simple table of what the pet actually costs — food, groomer, vet — with a total underneath. Enough to answer "how much did this year come to" without turning pet ownership into bookkeeping.
