Website Content Gathering

Why this template?

As a Web designer and Webflow developer, I know content gathering can be a painful experience for both service providers and clients.

I created this template to be able to make the content gathering more efficient for both parties involved.

I’ve used a tool before for content gathering which I find awesome to use, but I want something cheaper and more customizable.

What are the benefits of this template?

• Workflow - Improved content gathering experience. All done in Notion.
• Customizability - You are not limited to SaaS interfaces of famous content gathering softwares. You are also not overwhelmed by the many possibilities of a spreadsheet.
• Cheaper Alternative - Notion is pretty much free to some extent. No need to pay monthly subscriptions.
• Integrate with other software - With automation tools we could pretty much connect anything to Notion. Need to have clients fill out forms and linking it to a database in Notion – you got it. Do you need to apply the gathered content into a Google sheets? The possibilities are endless.
• Minimal Aesthetic - Notion emphasizes on a minimalistic, clean, look and feel so you could focus on the more important parts

How to use this template

General Instructions

• Receive and open this template either your email inbox, or wherever you got this from (e.g Gumroad)
• Duplicate the template to make it yours, and to use some functionalities that are not allowed when viewing the original copyinstructions-intro-general.mov

If you want to fill out a REQUEST first

• Go to the “Requests” page
• Fill out the necessary details for the said request

If you want to add a CLIENT first

• Go to the “Client Database” page
• Fill out the necessary details for the clients
