Why did I create this template?

I've been strugling tracking my habits for a long time. And when you don't track them you easily forget. So I created this, now it's really easy to make a new habit.

How to use the template?

As you can see from the pictures, there are checkboxes in front of each day. When you do a habit you check a checkbox. Like I said it's extremely easy to use this template.

What are the benefits of the template?

You track your habits as you do them. That creates a game environment and you don't forget to do that habit. Try and you will se the results soon.
