Why did I create this template?
I really wanted to be more intentional about achieving my goals this year - setting more realistic expectations of myself and breaking things into manageable pieces. As a Behaviour Scientist, I also wanted to apply my professional and academic experience towards creating an aspiration plan that could work.
What's inside the template?
A template for setting goals in a quarterly cycle. Try limit to only three goals per cycle, one per month. There is also a handy monthly and quarterly reflection to learn and grown from each season. As well as a Goal Tracker to help motivate you to see just how many of those goals you are raking in!

What are the benefits of the template?
With the principles of breaking your aspirations into small chunks, reflection as well as relating each Goal to your values the science is there - you CAN do it!
